Delivery & Warranty

Delivery Timeframe:
Once your order is processed, we will be in contact to confirm your delivery date. On average, all orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-10 business days.

All orders are delivered Monday to Friday and usually within business hours. In some selected zones, we may be able to deliver before 9 am.

Your driver will contact you the day before OR on the morning of your delivery with an approximate drop-off time.

Unloading Facilities:
To unload the Double Trailer a mechanical apparatus, such as a forklift will be required. If there is no unloading assistance available at the delivery location, please let us know upon ordering so a tailgate loader can be organised. An additional delivery fee will apply for a tailgate loader.

Warranty Period

The Double Trailer comes with a 24-month warranty period.

Installation

If ordering a portable toilet and/or a portable shower with a Double Trailer, the unit will be mounted to the trailer prior to dispatch.
